OBJECTIVE OF THE EXPERTISE
Expertise concerning the process and the evaluation of
tests intended to objectivize possible energy disturbances produced by the use
of mobile phones without electromagnetic protection and the observation and
evaluation of tests with an electromagnetic protection according to the
conditions established by the inventor of Stop Waves.

MATERIAL AND METHOD
2-1 MATERIAL

Stop Waves or Stop-Ondes supplied by the inventor (with a product specification
sheet); with the aim of the experiment, on January 17th 2002, M. LITSCHIG
from the Company Litschig Electronic , has tested « Stop Waves »
to know the acting frequencies of this interactive
protection.
Stop Waves analyzed on the spectre
analyzer acts between 639 MHz and 1900 Mhz corresponding among others to
the frequencies used by the TV, 5 UHF Band, mobile phones SFR + Itineris (840 to
900 MHz) and Bouygues ( 1780 and 1800 MHz).

This system allows to determine points of acupuncture
at the level of the hand and fingers because there's a modification of the
electric conduction at the contact of these points that can be recorded. Thus,
the electric activity of the various organ cells can be detected and quantified
at the contact of the skin and specially at the level of acupuncture points .
Within the framework of the protocol it was a
question of verifying the body's biologic reaction to the electromagnetic
radiation produced by cellular phones without and with Stop Waves protection.
2 - 2 PLACE OF EXPERTISE
The
laboratory of Functional Exploration of the Nervous system and Acupuncture
(University Hospital in Nimes, France), under the responsibility of the
Dr. D. Prat-Pradal.

METHOD
The
test using the BEST MSA 21 could start.
It
requires after the placement of two electrodes, one of reference and one
of detection, the search for acupuncture points located on the hand. Those
selected are in a zone of compatible reference with an electrophysiologic normal
state.
During
the experiment with the BEST MSA 21, the computer screen shows
three zones:
A
neutral zone: the basic line is shown on the screen by a small green
strip, indicating a person's normal satisfactory bio-energetic state.
Above
the neutral zone there is the pathological zone with direct influence.
Below,
a pathological zone without direct influence.
According
to the tests the curve stabilizes in one of three zones indicating values
established according to the principle of the Doctor VOLL. Among the tested
organs, it was important to look for a balanced one which can be located in the
green strip to be used as the reference organ. In case of biologic
disturbances, the curve can change.
Four
tests per person were effectuated, each of the tests gave place to three
successive measurments:
A) Neutral
state: observation of the electric activity at the contact of the skin.
B) State
with a mobile phone switched on and listened by a person located 50cm away from
C)
State with a mobile phone switched on and in direct contact with the ear
of the tested person.
D) State
with a mobile phone switched on and held in contact with the ear. The cellular
phone is equiped with a Stop Waves, placed
between the hand and the telephone, the grip must be correct with the palm of the
hand and at least three fingers.

CHECK OF THE ELECTROMAGNETIC ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION
IN
THE LABORATORY
M.
JANSEN positioned the device BEST MSA 21 connected to a laptop which is
using a software that collects the electro-acupuncture values taken on different
points on the hand of the healthy voluntary witnesses.
The
present members verified that all the mobiles were well switched off.
M.
WEHRLEN verified, the parameters of the electric, magnetic fields and the
presence of electromagnetic waves (E.M) inside the room, according to the
experimental protocol defined.
This
check made by M. WEHRLEN was communicated to the various persons involved in the
expertise and the results are the following ones:

OF TESTS.
Three
adults voluntary witnesses gave the following results:
INDIVIDUAL 1

at 50 cm: the 3 tests give results between the values

With Stop Waves fully in the hand: the

which brings the curve in the neutral zone.
According
to these tests, we noticed that mobile phones create an energetic disturbance of
biologic currents of the tested persons and that with Stop Waves these biologic
currents return to normal values.
4-CONCLUSION
According
to the results obtained with the voluntary witnesses, it's possible to observe
that the mobile phone used by the tested witness and the mobile phone used by a
person located 50 cm away from the tested witness entails an energy disturbance
of the electro-physiological currents of the witnesses.
On
the other hand, both tested systems (stop-waves and stop-ondes) in these two
precise cases (telephone used by a person placed 50 cm away
from the tested persons and witness using the telephone) allow to restore the
energetic balance of the witnesses.
